Holiday Beach Fashion

Going on a beach holiday? Here's my top tips for beach style

Beach Fashion

Firstly, the swimsuit is a difficult one to manage. I personally like a bikini and as I have literally no boobs I tend to go for something with ruffles or something on the bra to make me look more hourglass shaped. This one is from ASDA and I got it last week for £8 for the top and £4 for the bottoms. It's really good quality too and I'm very happy!

When it gets hot you're going to want a big brimmed hat and an oversized t-shirt to cover up with. You can find hats everywhere for great prices - I got mine from a market and you can get hundreds on eBay. For the t-shirt, French Connection have loads for sale at the moment. This red one is just £10 from here

For lying on the beach, get a big stripy towel! Next have loads of choice, as does your nearest supermarket.

Accessories wise, I love these Ipanema Hot Sands at Zalando which are reduced to £22.95 with free shipping! I love the trend for jelly sandals for adults! Definitely check out Zalando Shoes for some super-summer sandals (I love a bit of alliteration). You may be able to tell I'm a bit excited about these, I bought them on Thursday! EDIT - they arrived!

Aren't they preeeeeeetty?! Warning, foot photo...

I feel like I'm 5 again in my jellies!

Plus this beachbag which is £4 from Matalan and this gorgeous bangle, from a range at Preeti - they're £8 and really give you the trendy traveller look!

If you're going for a wander for an icecream, this gorgeous Maxi Dress from Joe Browns will get you in the surfer beach bum mood! It's currently reduced from £44.95 to £26.95. I was sent one last week for review and it's gorgeous! I love the little kick flare/fishtail finish to this maxi dress

As always, remember your suncream. If you're a beach bum then an all-day suncream is great for if you tend to fall asleep! The one shown is P20, the original once a day. When you're finished in the sun, St Tropez's new sun range features an aftersun with added fake-tan so you are guarenteed to come back browner than you went out! It's £15 from Boots

Finally, what do you do on the beach? I normally take a book (hence the image of a stack of books! although I am hinting for a kindle for my birthday on 18th July!) although I noticed on the Preeti website they sell travel backgammon sets! I have no idea how you play backgammon but they're pretty!

Remember just click the holiday photo to catch up on the series so far!
